1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DataVein Miner ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a valid subscription
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Subscription and Billing

DataVein Miner offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: 10 formula generations per day
• Pro Plan: $17/month for 80 formula generations per day
• Pro Trial: 3-day trial with Pro features

Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DataVein Miner and its licensors.

The formulas you generate using our Service belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. DataVein Miner makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations

In no event shall DataVein Miner or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Accuracy of Materials

While we strive for accuracy, the AI-generated formulas may contain errors or inaccuracies. DataVein Miner does not warrant that the formulas generated will be accurate, reliable, or correct.

10. Links

DataVein Miner has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Service and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site.

11. Modifications

DataVein Miner may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this Service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DataVein Miner operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
